Both the Stars and the Hurricanes have rung in the changes with a ban ensuring Australian cricket’s great bromance remains split up.
The bromance has been broken up with Zampa banned while Stoinis returns.
The first leg of the BBL Saturday double header is here with the Melbourne Stars taking on the Hobart Hurricanes.
The sides have rung in the changes for the game with Sandeep Lamichhane playing his first game for Hobart and Marcus Stoinis back at the top of the order for the Stars while Sam Rainbird will play his first BBL game in 724 days.

The Stars won the toss and will bowl first.

Coach David Hussey said Zampa was "very apologetic" and the Stars had "made a New Year's resolution that no one's ever going to swear on the field ever again".
But while he's out, the other side of Australian cricket's greatest bromance Marcus Stoinis is back, although he won't be bowling.
Sam Rainbird is also back in the BBL for his first game in over 2 years, while the Hurricanes have welcomed former Star Sandeep Lamichhane.
