Mayweather showed his 21.8million Instagram followers the water feature in his courtyard
Mayweather’s new property appears to be of Spanish Colonial design, featuring several buildings facing into a courtyard.
The centre-piece of the courtyard is an impressive water-feature, which appears to show a statue holding a basket.
Surrounding the water-feature is plenty of seating for guests and residents, matched to a number of tables.
The boxer also showed the views from the upper floors of the house, appearing to be located in the middle of a desert area.
The courtyard itself is decorated with a checked turf pattern, crisscrossing across the open space.
Mayweather has previously attracted attention of his lavish Los Angeles property.

That house has six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and a private cinema room, as well as a 225-bottle wine rack.
The boxer, 41, has a an unbeaten record in his 50-fight, 22-year boxing career, having fought in the super featherweight, lightweight, light welterweight, welterweight and light middleweight divisions.
He most recently fought Conor McGregor on August 26 2017, beating the UFC fighter by TKO in the 10th round and reportedly earning more than £200m.
And in the wake of Khabib Nurmagomedov’s victory over McGregor in October, another crossover super-fight is reportedly in the works.
Nurmagomedov and Mayweather have expressed their interest in arranging a bout, which would likely secure the boxer another lucrative payday.
However, with Nurmagomedov currently contracted to UFC and boss Dana White sceptical about releasing his fighter for the contest against Mayweather.
Alongside an ongoing investigation into Nurmagomedov’s actions post-McGregor that resulted in mass brawl and could lead to a suspension, there are still several obstacles to overcome for the fight to happen.
