Tyson Fury is ensuring he keeps his home comfort as he prepares to take on Anthony Joshua in two mega-fights.
The two heavyweight champions of the world have put pen to paper on a pair of bouts, with venue and dates still to be decided.
And while Fury is putting in the hard work at the gym, he is staying relaxed by staying put in his Morecambe home.
Fury, 32, is WBC champion after beating Deontay Wilder last February in Las Vegas before returning to the north-west of England.
People often flock to watch Fury train on the beach with the Gypsy King, wife Paris, and five children living in a £550,000 home.
"People say to me 'why don't you live in California or America?' – why would I?” Fury previously said. “"Why would I abandon my own country for a bit of money and some fame?
"I love it. I would never leave Morecambe. It's true beauty. If the weather was better, every house here would be a million quid."
Fury recently had three large-screen TVs delivered to his property, which also features a nice kitchen and dining area.
