Edwin Jackson could receive multiple contract offers.
At least five teams have inquired about signing the 35-year-old right-hander, according to a report from NBC Sports California, which cites an unidentified league source. Jackson registered a 6-3 record and a 3.33 ERA with the Athletics last season.
Oakland went 14-3 in Jackson’s starts in 2018 and he was named a finalist for the AL Comeback Player of the Year.

The A’s are hoping to re-sign Jackson, according to the report, while the Yankees, Tigers, Reds and Blue Jays are all also interested in him.
Jackson has pitched for 13 teams in his 16 MLB seasons. He has registered a career 104-123 record and a 4.60 ERA.
