Alex Rodriguez’s famous dating history shows there was always an end date to his high profile relationship with Jennifer Lopez.
The couple’s separation revelation this week came out of nowhere for fans of the J-Rod pair.
Reports this week said their wedding was back on track.
But Miami sources were telling Page Six that the couple was on the rocks and headed for Splitsville.
A source familiar with couple said they had broken-up on Friday.
The stars announced their engagement in 2019, after having dated for over two years.
But they then postponed their wedding twice. Lopez revealed in December, “We had to cancel the wedding … because of COVID, because of the quarantine. And we actually did it twice, which people don’t know.”
Both stars have had numerous rocky relationship play out in public during their glamorous careers, but the 45-year-old’s staggeringly extensive dating track record overshadows all of Lopez’s dramatic hook-ups and break-ups.
The New York Yankees icon remains one of the most popular figures in baseball and he has been just as successful in his dating life, according to reports.

The New York Post reports Rodriguez has a staggering list of high profile former flames.
While his relationship breakdown will obviously hurt the man known as “A-Rod”, he has always bounced back and has career-earnings of $400 million to help get him back on his feet, according to Forbes.
It’s easy to see why so many popular figures from Hollywood have fallen for the charismatic ball-player.

Page Six confirmed in early March of 2017 that the stars were dating, with an insider saying: “They are really into each other because they have so much in common — from their Latin roots to their love of New York and their kids.”
Shortly after celebrating their two-year dating anniversary, the couple announced their engagement in March 2019.
Page Six exclusively revealed in March in 2021 that J-Rod was no more. Miami sources revealed that the pair were on the rocks in February, and by March they were in separate cities.
Apparently, a recent scandal between “Southern Charm” star Madison LeCroy and Rodriguez was to blame for the split, with a source calling it, “the reason they finally broke up. There were already problems, but Jennifer was really embarrassed by it.”
The 23andMe founder dated A-Rod for just under a year, splitting in February 2017.
“They were an unusual couple, from very different backgrounds, but they are both smart business people, and had quite a few things in common, including a fascination with the tech world. But, perhaps in the end, they were a little too different,” a source told us at the time.

While neither Rodriguez nor the pop queen confirmed their romance, rumours swirled for months that the pair began an affair shortly before the athlete’s 2008 divorce.
Rodriguez’s most recent ex Lopez even joked about donning Madonna’s iconic “Like A Virgin” look during their 2020 Halloween party.
When asked by Andy Cohen whether her costume choice was “odd” given Rodriguez and Madonna’s rumoured romance, J.Lo laughed it off.
“No. I mean, it was so long ago, so long ago,” she answered. “I don’t know. No, it wasn’t weird at all. I loved it.”
Former psychology teacher Cynthia Scurtis married the former MLB star in 2002. The relationship lasted six years, during which they welcomed daughters Natasha and Ella.
Scurtis filed for divorce in 2008 due to the “emotional abandonment” of their children, as well as infidelity.
“The marriage of the parties is irretrievably broken because of the husband’s extramarital affairs and other marital misconduct,” divorce documents obtained by The Seattle Times stated.
