NBA fans have demanded help for Delonte West, who used to play with LeBron James at the Cleveland Cavaliers, after a worrying clip of him emerged.
The American, who spent eight years playing NBA before moving to G League in 2010, was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in 2015 and has not played since then.
Footage has emerged, though, which shows the 36-year-old in a bad way.
In the clip, the former NBA player is seen sitting on the curb with his shirt off and hands behind his back.
A pedestrian asks West if he was attacked first as the American stares straight in front of him.

“I was walking down the street,” the 36-year-old replies.
“The man approached me and he had a gun.”
As the pedestrian asks more questions, West becomes more angry.
“I don’t give a f***,” he replies.

And the former basketball star repeats this before ranting furiously at the camera with incoherent words.
This footage has been viewed more than five million times since it was posted on Twitter on Tuesday morning.
West also allegedly makes an appearance in another clip where he is being beaten up.
A man in blue jeans and a black jacket can be seen standing over a figure on the floor.
He suddenly stamps on the person’s head right in the middle of the road.

And he swings some punches in before the pair scrap on the tarmac.
The final shot simply shows the figure, who appears to wear the same grey tracksuit bottoms as West in the other clip, balled up on the side of the road.
It was shared on Instagram by user kikithediva7, who wrote: “Former NBA player Delonte West took an L in front of my truck this morning.”
The clips have received millions of viewed since being shared earlier today.
And NBA fans expressed their shock at seeing West, who spent three years with LeBron at Cleveland Cavaliers, in this state.
“I can’t believe this is Delonte West, one said.
“NBA, please help him.”
Another commented: “Man, what happened to this dude.”
While former team-mate Jameer Nelson posted a lengthy tribute.
“I’m sick to my stomach right now,” it read.
“I will help him get through this.”

With a fifth calling out to the league, writing: “This is awful? NBA, please help Delonte.”
Another simply added: “Please help him, someone – this is not funny.”
West was diagnosed with bipolar, which sees victims have ever episodes of depression and mania that last several weeks, five years ago.
He previously spent eight years in the NBA, earning more than $16m.
