The Jets’ injury report for their “Monday Night Football” matchup with the Browns keeps getting bigger.
After news of quarterback Sam Darnold and wide receiver Quincy Enunwa’s absences, the team announced Saturday that C.J. Mosley and Quinnen Williams will miss the primetime game as well.
Mosley, a linebacker the Jets acquired in free agency is out with a groin injury and Williams, the heartwarming rookie defensive tackle, is dealing with an ankle problem.
Mosley was hopeful he would be ready by Monday, but New York is taking a precautionary route for one of its best defensive players early in the season.
