Missouri had beaten the No. 12 Kentucky.
Quarterback Terry Wilson’s pass to Ahmad Wagner in the corner of the end zone fell incomplete with no time left on the clock and the Tigers had a 14-9 victory.
Or did they?
There was a flag thrown on the play and defensive pass interference was called on DeMarkus Acy.
The Wildcats had new life. They took advantage, too, as Wilson found C.J. Conrad in the end zone to win the game.
But, should they have gotten that chance? During the replay from the previous incomplete pass, Wagner and Acy were tied up and there was clearly contact, but the argument can be made that there was just as much on Kentucky’s side as Missouri’s.
