Arsenal's season took a turn for the worse on Saturday as they fell to a 2-1 defeat to Everton at Goodison Park.
It means the Gunners, who are without a win since November 1, stay in 15th place in the Premier League.
Mikel Arteta 's side have just 14 points from 14 games this season with rumours of dressing room unrest at the Gunners.
It's a stark fall from grace for Arteta who not so long ago led Arsenal to FA Cup and Community Shield glory.
Frustrations boiled over in the defeat to Everton as David Luiz lost his cool with team-mate Mohamed Elneny. The Egyptian had passed the ball to his team-mate but Luiz wanted play to go forward, not back.
And the Brazilian wasn't the only one frustrated with Elneny. According to the Mail Online, one of Arteta's analysts went 'berserk' at Elneny multiple teams during the defeat. The member of backroom staff even lowered his mask to vent at full force.
It is yet another indication that the players are not playing at the required standard for Arsenal football club.
And it's something Sky Sports pundit Graeme Souness touched on before the game.
"They've not got enough good players," said Souness" It doesn't matter what manager they've got in there.
"You have to look beyond the manager and look at the people who are making the signings.
"The amount of signings and the quality of signings. Unless you've got the equipment to work with he ain't going to do well in our league.
"You've got to invest, have some of the best players around if you're Arsenal. Size of the club, in London, the funds they have at their disposal I would like to think.
"But they're just not good enough. You can go through their team as I did last week.
"If you're looking to win things you've got maybe two or three, four maximum players that are good enough to do that. And that's the top and bottom of it."
