Liverpool are expected to field a strong side as they look to realign their season following poor form.
The Reds have not been in good knick going into their mouthwatering FA Cup tie against old rivals Manchester United.
They have yet to score this calendar year, with Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino woefully out of form.
It has seen Liverpool draw against United, as well as lose to Burnley and Southampton.
Their title ambitions have taken a mighty blow after dropping to fourth in the Premier League.
And this Thursday, the Reds face fifth-placed Tottenham – who are planning their own ambitions to win the league.
Jurgen Klopp will not want to let his players take it easy in the FA Cup, as they have been accused of doing in recent seasons.
Another defeat today will seriously hamper morale further at Anfield, especially with the Red Devils top of the table.
The German made his feelings clear ahead of the match, insisting he will be doing everything he can to win.
He said: “The game will be decided that night and we want to win the game, so that is how we will make the line-up.”
The last match-up between the two went ahead last Sunday and ended in an anti-climatic 0-0.
"We lost that [Burnley] game and it was a really low point," Klopp added. "It's not that I thought, 'Who cares?'.
"When I think back I can't find a reason why we lost that game but we lost it.
"It happened and sometimes you need a really low point to change things properly and that's for sure [what] we will go for now."
Liverpool are not helped by the fact they are still missing some key players, including captain Jordan Henderson who is a major doubt after a thigh injury.
Joel Matip returned to fitness against Burnley, though, and will help alleviate the crisis at the back that keeps Virgil van Dijk and Joe Gomez out.
Liverpool expected XI: Alisson; Alexander-Arnold, Matip, Fabinho, Robertson; Jones, Thiago, Wijnaldum; Salah, Firmino, Mane.
