Paul Pogba’s super-agent Mino Raiola rubbishes ‘bulls**t’ claims he destabilised Manchester United with his comments about the midfielder’s future, insisting talk he impacted Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side is ‘BORING’
- Mino Raiola said Paul Pogba has no interest in signing a new Man Untied deal

- He said the club should sell the midfielder because he ‘has to change teams’

Paul Pogba’s agent Mino Raiola has furiously dismissed claims that his comments on the future of Paul Pogba had any influence over Manchester United’s season.
The super-agent gave an interview in Italy on the eve of Manchester United’s crucial Champions League encounter at RB Leipzig last December in which he said Pogba’s time at Old Trafford time was ‘over’.
A day later the Red Devils, with Pogba named as a substitute, crashed out of the Champions League after a 3-2 defeat by Leipzig and Raiola came under fire from some supporters for the timing of his controversial comments.

But in an interview on Tuesday, he told BBC Sport that he did not believe his comments had any influence on Pogba or United’s performances.
He said: ‘I just expressed an opinion, I didn’t want to cause a problem.
‘The opinion was a very simple one, I don’t think it destabilised anybody because they had a fantastic run, they were first in the league for a period, so that’s all bulls**t.
‘A player of 27, a big player like Pogba or Solskjaer, who has won everything in his life, really get destabilised by what Mino Raiola says? Wow, if I had this power FIFA wouldn’t exist anymore, that’s for sure.
Pogba has been in inspired form since the news broke, helping United move up the table
‘But I don’t talk about it anymore, it’s not the moment to talk about the market, it makes life a little bit boring but it is what it is.’
He added: ‘Whenever I tell my opinion, everyone in England goes berserk, and I am the worst agent, or the best agent…and the clubs get so stressed from the public and journalists that I have learned not to talk much about it.’
Raiola urged United to sell their £89million record signing this summer or risk losing him for nothing when his contract expires in June 2022 because he claims Pogba won’t sign a new one.
Pogba, who is currently out of action with a thigh injury, was in impressive form and helped Solskjaer’s side mount a title challenge before falling away under Manchester City’s stunning results.
He has four goals and three assists in 28 appearances this season. Pogba has consistently been linked with a move to former club Juventus as well as LaLiga champions Real Madrid.

Borussia Dortmund starlet Erling Haaland is another of Raiola’s clients and there is expected to be a frantic bidding war for the striker’s signature this summer.
Raiola revealed that only four Premier League clubs can sign the striker and insisted that the sought-after star is like the Lewis Hamilton of football.
Real Madrid and Manchester United are two of the clubs who have been regularly linked with the 20-year-old since missing out on him last January.
Raiola added: ‘Only a maximum of 10 clubs can afford to buy [Haaland] and give the platform you would like after you’ve been in Dortmund… and four of those clubs are in [England].
‘I don’t think there’s a sports director or trainer in the world who would say ‘not interested’. It’s like saying: ‘Is there a Formula 1 team who would not be interested in having Lewis Hamilton?”
