PSG have reportedly made an bid for Chelsea target Leandro Paredes.
The 24-year-old Argentina midfielder is wanted by Blues boss Maurizio Sarri, but PSG have made the first move by offering Zenit £31million, according to Gianluca Di Marzio.
PSG’s opening offer is said to be around £9m short of Zenit’s valuation.

Paredes has provided three goals and two assists in 15 Russian Premier League appearances
Paredes generally operates as a defensive midfielder but has still chipped in with three goals and two assists in 15 Russian Premier League games this season.
Sarri — who is closing in on a deal to sign another Argentina star in Gonzalo Higuain — has consulted with Chelsea director Marina Granovskaia regarding his hopes of adding to the squad this month.
‘I spoke with Marina two weeks ago, so Marina knows very well my opinion how to improve the team,’ Sarri said ahead of Saturday’s Premier League trip to Arsenal.
‘Then I decide to be focused on the pitch, on matches, on training.
‘I don’t call her every evening, otherwise I spend all my mental energy on the market and I think it’s better if I spend all my mental energies on the pitch, so I am not able to help you.’
Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri is an admirer of Paredes and keen to bring him to west London
Paredes has been capped nine times by Argentina since making his senior debut in 2017
