It’s shaping up to be another day exciting day in the transfer market as clubs continue to seek reinforcements ahead of next season.

Gunners fans are pretty fond of their French forward but he has been linked with a move away from the club this summer. Atletico Madrid have been linked with Alexandre Lacazette of late and now it’s believed Juventus will test Arsenal’s resolve.

The Old Lady are reportedly lining up Gonzalo Higuain, Douglas Costa or Cristian Romero plus cash to land the former Lyon man. Amid a difficult financial climate, as well as the possibility of star man Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang being offered a new lucrative deal, manager Mikel Arteta is being forced to balance the books.

Spurs are usually slow to do their business in the market but they’ve wasted no time getting up and running this summer after announcing the signing of Southampton captain Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg on a five-year deal.

The midfielder, who started his career at Bayern Munich, will wear the number 5 shirt for Jose Mourinho. A Denmark international, he said he wanted to be part of ‘an exciting future’ for the north London outfit.

He hasn’t had the best luck at Chelsea and it seems Serie A could offer Chelsea’s Tiemoue Bakayoko an escape route. AC Milan have reportedly submitted a £2.6m loan deal with a view to purchase for £31m.

He spent the 2018-19 season on loan with the Italian giants and it seems he could have another opportunity to impress and earn a permanent move.

The midfielder joined Stamford Bridge from Monaco for £40m in 2017 but he hasn’t had the impact he would have hoped for.
