After the opening two fights of the night went the distance, three of the next four bouts ended with either a knockout or a submission finish leaving fans glued to their screens and the commentators up and out of their seats.
The card is set to be headlined with a heavyweight showdown between Derrick Lewis and Aleksei Oleinik. Here are the biggest and best moments from the card.
‘KNOCKOUT OF THE YEAR CANDIDATE’
Beneil Dariush has just thrown his hat into the ring for knockout of the year with an absurd finish to kick off the main card.
From the outset of his fight against Scott Holtzman, Dariush looked in control after shrugging off a poke to the eye.
A standing knee buckled the legs of Holtzman who managed to survive the onslaught only for Dariush to land a staggering spinning forearm that landed flush on the chin of his opponent and turned his lights out.
“Man, what a knockout. Are you kidding me right now.” Paul Felder said in commentary.

The win makes it five in a row for Dariush with four of those coming via knockout or submission. But after missing weight ahead of the bout he hoped if he was rewarded for the fight that the bonus would go to his opponent.
“I gotta say even though I won, I’m super embarrassed how it went yesterday,” Dariush said. “I missed weight. Dana (White), if you’re listening and that was performance worthy, give it to Scott. That’s the right thing to do.”
Fans however watching on were left stunned by the pure devastation of the finishing move produced by the 31-year-old.

Good luck to Dana White handing out the performance bonuses for knockout of the night with Kevin Holland’s destructive right hand challenging Dariush’s spinning forearm.
A dominant performance from Holland against Joaquin Buckley was capped off by his murderous right hand that landed on the chin of Buckley and sent his mouthpiece flying across the Octagon.
Buckley fell to the canvas as Holland walked away with the referee jumping in to call it off.
