Their deduction will move them onto minus four points.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/08\/23\/16\/74644505-0-image-a-78_1692804157468.jpg\" height=\"422\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Southend United have been given a 10-point deduction after failing to pay \u00a3275,000 in debt &#8211; and have been given 42 days to pay it\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/08\/23\/16\/74645399-12437627-image-a-79_1692805385642.jpg\" height=\"544\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Owner Ron Martin said a deal to sell the club should be finalised next month.
