A great performance from the team to reach another final. @intermiamicf very proud.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/08\/24\/05\/74669221-12439803-image-a-36_1692852540120.jpg\" height=\"119\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>David Beckham took to social media to congratulate his Inter Miami side on its win\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/08\/24\/05\/74669223-12439803-image-a-37_1692852549024.jpg\" height=\"395\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Lionel Messi and co. beat FC Cincinnati in a penalty shootout to reach the US Open Cup final<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/08\/24\/05\/74669215-12439803-image-a-38_1692852568076.jpg\" height=\"423\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Beckham, pictured after Miami&#8217;s Leagues Cup win, was not in attendance Wednesday<\/p>\n<p>Cincinnati had cruised into a 2-0 lead after Luciano Acosta opened the scoring for the MLS\u00a0leaders before Brandon Vazquez doubled the lead minutes into the second half.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>But Messi inspired the comeback for Miami as he provided both assists for Leonardo Campana with the second coming in the form an unbelievable ball into the box in the 97th minute to force extra time.<\/p>\n<p>Miami took the lead for the first time when Josef Mart\u00ednez scored three minutes into the first extra period, but Cincinnati equalized when Yuya Kubo scored in the 114th minute, forcing penalties &#8211;
