The family of Busby Babe Geoff Bent were present to pick theirs up from Sir Alex Ferguson, with Willie Morgan in attendance alongside wife Kay.<\/p>\n<p><span>Thousands of Man United fans make sit-in Glazer family protest\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>A few thousand United supporters remained in their seats afterwards for a sit-in protest against the Glazer family as a protracted takeover still staggers on.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>More and more moved around to the tunnel area to gather close to the stadium\u2019s singing section \u2013 helped over security barriers by stewards &#8211; with the majority of their ire aimed at Joel Glazer.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/08\/26\/17\/74751889-12448311-image-a-1_1693067384550.jpg\" height=\"403\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Thousands of Man United fans stayed behind post-match to protest against the Glazer family<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/08\/26\/17\/74751895-12448311-image-a-2_1693067390968.jpg\" height=\"414\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Supporters continued to make their feelings known as Man United&#8217;s takeover saga continues<\/p>\n<p><span>Forest hoping to beat Premier League rivals to\u00a0Harwood-Bellis\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Forest are emerging as frontrunners to land Manchester City\u2019s Taylor Harwood-Bellis.<\/p>\n<p>The England Under-21 captain, who has not featured competitively since the European Championship final last month, is being tracked by a host of Premier League and Championship clubs.<\/p>\n<p>City are open to selling the central defender after a strong season on loan at Burnley as they secured a return to the top flight under Vincent Kompany.<\/p>\n<p>Forest are looking to steal a march in the pursuit of Harwood-Bellis, who is valued at around \u00a315million.<\/p>\n<p>Fulham and West Ham United are among those to have taken an interest in the City academy graduate during the summer, with Leeds United and Leicester City also credited with interest.<\/p>\n<p><span>Freedman in attendance as Crystal Palace pursue Henderson deal\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Crystal Palace director of football Dougie Freedman was in the directors\u2019 box as they look to wrap up a deal for goalkeeper Dean Henderson.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span>Manchester United&#8217;s phone app struggles with Forest&#8217;s fast start\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>United\u2019s phone app could not keep up with the club\u2019s calamitous start.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The push notification for kick-off came as Taiwo Awoniyi sauntered to give Forest an early lead and by the time the app had notified fans of that goal, Willy Boly was scoring a second.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/08\/26\/17\/74751909-12448311-image-a-3_1693067462185.jpg\" height=\"479\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Man United&#8217;s phone app struggled as Nottingham Forest went 2-0 up inside four minutes<\/p>\n<p><span>Man United recover from their slowest Premier League start\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The three minutes and 47 seconds it took Forest to go two clear is the earliest United have ever trailed by that margin in Premier League history.<\/p>\n<p><span>Rashford&#8217;s return to the left flank boosts Man United&#8217;s attack\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Erik ten Hag was insistent that United\u2019s defeat at Spurs was a result of a lack of running \u2013 and more pertinently a lack of defensive intensity by his attacking trio. He then picked Anthony Martial for this one.<\/p>\n<p>Martial\u2019s inclusion pushed Marcus Rashford out to the left-hand side, his preferred position, and United threatened more for that switch.<\/p>\n<p>Rashford\u2019s direct running opened Forest up and contributed to Christian Eriksen\u2019s goal.
