Erling Haaland has revealed the small tricks he uses when going to sleep to help him perform at the top level.<\/p>\n
Haaland took the Premier League by storm last time out – and he's started as he means to go on this season, netting three times in the opening three games.<\/p>\n
And the Manchester City superstar was the latest guest on Logan Paul's Impaulsive podcast, just days after finding the net against Sheffield United, as he explained how he sleeps.<\/p>\n
The big Norwegian said: "So to get to sleep, I've just a couple of simple things: blue blocking glasses shutting out all the screen type of things in my bedroom."<\/p>\n

Blue light glasses have been at the centre of debates in recent months – with experts split if they really help to reduce eye strain by blocking out blue lights.<\/p>\n
However, some experts have suggested that blue lights can cause headaches and blurry vision as a result of prolonged screen time.<\/p>\n

That wasn't the strangest trick for a good night's sleep – and Haaland went on to reveal he sleeps with tape across his mouth. The idea is that he will then breathe through his nose throughout the night.<\/p>\n
Haaland continued: "So these types of things, it's small, but I think if you do a lot of things it's not good. But to do small things every day for a longer period really pays off!"<\/p>\n
