<\/p>\nDaniel Levy has sensationally revealed Tottenham have a buy-back cause in Harry Kane\u2019s Bayern Munich contract. <\/p>\n
Kane finally left Spurs at the end of the transfer window, with the German champions paying in excess of \u00a3100million for the England striker. The 30-year-old has made an excellent start to life in Bavaria, scoring in all but one of his Bundesliga games so far.<\/p>\n
Kane should end his long wait for silverware, with Bayern winning the German top flight for the last 11 years. However, winning the Champions League will be at the top of his wish-list, having got so close in 2019 with Spurs, who were beaten in the final by Liverpool<\/p>\n

In his farewell message to Tottenham fans, Kane hinted he could return to the club one day. And those hopes have grown after Levy\u2019s revelation that Spurs have a buy-back clause during a fans\u2019 forum on Tuesday night. <\/p>\n
It is unclear when that option would into effect, but it suggests Kane could return to the Premier League one day and attempt to break the all-time Premier League goals record, currently held by Alan Shearer.<\/p>\n

Levy rarely makes public statements and his appearance at the fans\u2019 forum was his first in five years. The chairman also addressed supporters in the wake of Kane\u2019s departure last month.<\/p>\n
He insisted Spurs had done everything in their power to keep their star player. Levy said: \u201cWe sought over a long period of time to engage Harry and his representatives in several forms of contract extension, both short and long term. Harry was clear, however, that he wanted a fresh challenge and would not be signing a new contract this summer.<\/p>\n
