lack of desire to win the ball back just 10 minutes after coming on in his side&#8217;s 4-3 defeat by Bayern Munich on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>With United trailing 3-1 and changes needed, Erik ten Hag decided to sub on McTominay in the 69th minute in the place of Christian Eriksen.<\/p>\n<p>However, just 10 minutes into his cameo, the Scotland international loses the ball on the edge of Bayern&#8217;s area before showing to will or urgency to win the ball back.<\/p>\n<p>Damning footage of the incident sent United fans into a fury, as they labelled the midfielder&#8217;s lack of desire as &#8216;disgusting&#8217; Scott McTominay comes on. 79th minute &#8211; Scott McTominay loses the ball and there\u2019s no desire and sprint to win it back Unacceptable!&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Other United fans agreed with the criticism, labelling McTominay&#8217;s efforts as &#8216;disgraceful&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Disgraceful and uncharacteristic for Scott \u2014 there\u2019s something badly going wrong behind the scenes,&#8217;
