We all love Sheffield Wednesday and I am a supporter as well as the owner who must love and care for the club more than anyone else because of the position I am in as chairman.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/29\/10\/75969861-0-image-a-30_1695979261160.jpg\" height=\"423\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Sheffield Wednesday chairman Dejphon Chansiri has hit back at critical fans in a statement<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/29\/10\/75969863-0-image-a-32_1695979305652.jpg\" height=\"404\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>The Thai businessman called supporters &#8216;selfish&#8217; and insisted he is being treated unfairly<\/p>\n<p>Your browser does not support iframes.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;I must take responsibility for everything at the club, including the financial support which is something I always do.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;But from now, I will not put additional money into the club.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;If you say you are the owner and I am the custodian, then show me how to be the good owner and help save your club. You want me to leave but you want me to spend money? If you want me to leave, then show me how to run the club and invest the money before I do that. You have no right to ask me to leave.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;I am the one who saved the club and spent the money for the club, I am the one who needs to pay around \u00a32m on average every month. Some fans need to have more respect for owners of clubs and not be so selfish, thinking of their own benefit without doing anything good to the club.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;This is not acceptable and as a result I am not willing to inject more money while I am being treated unfairly by those fans.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>The unrest among the supporter base has led fans to propose protests against how Wednesday is being run, but Chansiri added any such action by fans would only serve to damage the club.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Regarding protests, I do not believe this can help our club.&#8217; He continued.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/29\/10\/75969855-0-image-a-35_1695979405193.jpg\" height=\"423\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>The club have come under scrutiny this season for the price of tickets at Hillsborough<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/29\/10\/75969877-0-image-a-36_1695979442453.jpg\" height=\"423\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Chansiri responded that prices can only be reduced &#8216;if we have enough guaranteed volume&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;The people who are trying to organise these protests are not prepared to identify themselves, while they are happy to encourage other fans to show themselves, how can this help? Protests are a waste of time.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;I would like these fans to show me how much you love your club, do not damage it. I do not want to fight with anyone but to use your words &#8211; \u2018enough is enough\u2019.
