Stewards were left with egg on their faces after a pitch invader stormed onto the field and hugged Kylian Mbappe.<\/p>\n
Mbappe starred for Paris Saint-Germain on Wednesday night as they cruised to a 3-0 victory over AC Milan in the Champions League group stages. But before the 24-year-old sensation could score the opener, he was approached by an adoring fan.<\/p>\n
Play was momentarily halted in the first-half as an Mbappe fanatic sprinted onto the pitch and headed straight towards the World Cup-winning forward. Stewards could be seen running after the rule-breaker, who was clad in a black bomber jacket and trainers.<\/p>\n

But he was able to reach the PSG captain, who offered a smile as the pair shared a hug. The jubilant fan sported a look of pure delight while wrapping his arms around the forward.<\/p>\n
And he was quickly sent on his way by Mbappe before the stewards could reach him. The supporter did eventually give himself up to the stewards – though he certainly took the spoils in that particular battle, even celebrating with his arms held aloft.<\/p>\n
