We were best mates but I got on with every one of my teammates and I know that is weird but it&apos;s true.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOne player who did my head in was [John Arne] Riise. I got sent off against Liverpool at Anfield for fouling him. It was a bad foul as well. We ended up winning the game but there was 20 minutes to go before I got sent off. [Wayne Rooney] scored, which he enjoyed, coming from there and being an Everton fan as well as a United player. I was sent off with 25 minutes left after two bookings.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe second card came when [John Arne] Riise pushed the ball and I ran forward and tried to demolish the ball and put it out of play. I missed the ball.
