Manchester United stars were pictured in a glum mood as they arrived at Carrington on Thursday afternoon.

The Red Devils were held to a 3-3 draw with Galatasaray on Wednesday night, as their hopes of qualifying for the Champions League knockout rounds took a big hit.

After leading for the majority of the match, United were pegged back to eventually earn just a point from their travels – leaving them bottom of Group A.

It’s clear that the United stars were still processing last night’s results as they turned up for training on Thursday, with many looked less than impressed.

The likes of Bruno Fernandes and Alejandro Garnacho – who both scored on the night – were seen with blank expressions as they turned up to Carrington.

The Portugal star painted a dejected figure as he rolled up to training on Thursday

Goalkeeper Andre Onana kept a low-profile as he made his way into the training ground

Goalkeeper Andre Onana came under particular scrutiny following his performance against Galatasaray – after conceding two disappointing strikes.

The second goal, in particular, drew criticism for the Cameroonian stopper, after he spilled the ball into his own net and, thus, gave Galatasaray a life-line.

So it’s no wonder that the former Ajax goalkeeper was pictured in a somber mood as he pulled up to Carrington in his Porsche Cayenne on Thursday.

The likes of Harry Maguire, Victor Lindelof, Luke Shaw, Rasmus Hojlund and Antony were also seen arriving at the training ground.

United’s stars were lambasted by pundits – including former Red Devil Rio Ferdinand – for their defensive collapse during the 3-3 draw.

French newspaper L’Equipe gave out some brutal ratings for the United team, with goalkeeper Onana getting a measly three out of 10 in their player ratings.

United’s outfield players weren’t spared, either, with Antony, Amrabat and Lindelof all scoring just four.

The team average came in at just 4.9 as Ten Hag’s team once again underperformed when it mattered in Europe’s leading competition.

Hojlund, Shaw, Maguire and Aaron Wan-Bissaka were all given a middling five out of 10, with goalscorers Garnacho and Scott McTominay getting six, and captain Fernandes top-scoring with seven.

Sofyan Amrabat looked focused as he arrived on Thursday afternoon

Brazilian winger Antony looked less than impressed after United’s disappointing draw

Harry Maguire offered a focused look as he returned to training on Thursday

Victor Lindelof – who had some big boxes in the back of his car – was also pictured arriving

Despite his latest set of errors, Ten Hag tried to clear the Cameroon goalkeeper of any blame, saying: ‘We win and lose together. He (Onana) is okay. It is not about individuals. Individual errors in football can make a difference and you take responsibility for it, but it is always about the team.

‘All the players in this squad deserve to play for Manchester United because they are brilliant players.

‘We are very happy with our keeper group. They do very well and have good performances. They have to push each other.’

The Manchester United boss now faces a number of big calls in regard to his starting line-up for their trip to Newcastle on Saturday afternoon.
