Ticketgum have taken a look at all 20 clubs in the Premier League and determined which 10 are the poshest – with the likes of Arsenal, Brighton and Southampton all making the list.\u00a0<\/p>\n
But how did they decide? Well, they considered four variables: The median house price, the median gross annual pay, the number of independent schools per 100,000 people and the number\u00a0of Waitrose & M&S\u00a0per 100,000 people.<\/p>\n
Chelsea have been crowned as the poshest club in the Premier League, while the likes of\u00a0Crystal Palace and Bournemouth are sitting in the middle of the pack. But, how else made the top 10?<\/p>\n
Well, Mail Sport have outlined which 10 clubs have been included on the list – with their scores revealed below.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Chelsea may be struggling for form in the Premier League but they hold the title of the poshest Premier League team boasting an impressive overall score of 9.68\/10.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Stamford Bridge is situated in one of the UK’s wealthiest areas where the median house price reaches \u00a31,357,500. Meanwhile, Chelsea residents are some of the highest earners in the country.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Those located in the burrow of Chelsea are said to be earning around\u00a0\u00a341,892 – which is nearly \u00a37,000 above the national average of \u00a334,963.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Fulham clinch second place on the ‘poshness’ scale as they came in with a score of 9.53\/10. This was mainly because of the volume of private schools within the area.\u00a0<\/p>\n
There are seven private schools per 100,000 people within the Hammersmith and Fulham borough. Plus, there are seven high-end supermarkets in the vicinity.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
Achieving a remarkable 7.84\/10 in ‘poshness’, Tottenham Hotspur narrowly edges out fellow North London club, Arsenal (7.74\/10), securing a spot in the top three podium.<\/p>\n
Not only does it beat Arsenal in the presence of ‘posh’ supermarkets, but the Spurs Stadium also ranks as one of the most expensive ever built, and is among the world’s most hi-tech, costing approximately one billion to complete.<\/p>\n
Arsenal, on the other hand, excels in property value and yearly gross income, both standing at a coveted \u00a3657,500 and \u00a341,335, respectively.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Propping up the top five list is Crystal Palace, the biggest South London club, garnering a final ‘poshness’ score of 6.95\/10.<\/p>\n
Bournemouth claims sixth place as the first non-London team (6.47\/10), having the third highest number of independent schools per 100,000 people among all clubs analysed.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Completing the top ten poshest Premier League teams are Brighton and Hove Albion (6.32\/10), Southampton (5.42\/10), Newcastle United (4.63\/10) and Brentford (4.63\/10).<\/p>\n
Nottingham Forest claims the accolade to be the least posh Premier League football club (1.42\/10), with the gross annual income in the Nottingham authority being the lowest at \u00a323,377.<\/p>\n
