Erling Haaland has revealed the small tricks he uses when going to sleep to help him perform at the top level.
Haaland took the Premier League by storm last time out – and he's started as he means to go on this season, netting three times in the opening three games.
And the Manchester City superstar was the latest guest on Logan Paul's Impaulsive podcast, just days after finding the net against Sheffield United, as he explained how he sleeps.
The big Norwegian said: "So to get to sleep, I've just a couple of simple things: blue blocking glasses shutting out all the screen type of things in my bedroom."

Blue light glasses have been at the centre of debates in recent months – with experts split if they really help to reduce eye strain by blocking out blue lights.
However, some experts have suggested that blue lights can cause headaches and blurry vision as a result of prolonged screen time.

That wasn't the strangest trick for a good night's sleep – and Haaland went on to reveal he sleeps with tape across his mouth. The idea is that he will then breathe through his nose throughout the night.
Haaland continued: "So these types of things, it's small, but I think if you do a lot of things it's not good. But to do small things every day for a longer period really pays off!"
