Jadon Sancho could be handed Juventus lifeline – if Man Utd agree to conditions

Jadon Sancho's position at Manchester United has been the subject of an enquiry by Juventus – but the conditions could end their interest.

The former Borussia Dortmund forward has fallen out with Erik ten Hag and been made to train away from his former first-team colleagues – with the player looking for a fresh start despite having two full seasons left on his Old Trafford deal.

Several European clubs are thought to be interested in giving the winger a chance to recapture the form that led to his £73million move to United in 2021 – but United aren't keen on a loan deal or paying any of his wages.

MAN UTD NEWS: Man Utd 'to lose £10million in sponsorship every year they fail to make Champions League'

Fabrizio Romano reports on X that Juventus have asked for information on Sancho with his position at United under Ten Hag seemingly unsalvageable.

Set to move on from Old Trafford in January, the Serie A giants are said to be keen on a loan deal with part of his salary covered by United – which isn't the plan of his parent club.

Red Devils chiefs are set on waiting for permanent bids for the playmaker as they look to recoup some of the £73m they spent on him in 2021.

The fallout began earlier this season when Ten Hag said that Sancho's performances in training didn't even warrant a place on the bench in the Premier League.

The 23-year-old then said he was being made a scapegoat in a public social media post in which he hinted at "other reasons" for being left out of the team.

He said in the deleted statement: "Please don't believe everything you read! I will not allow people saying things that is completely untrue, I have conducted myself in training very well this week."

Ten Hag has now moved on from the situation as he tries to turn around United's season, with the Old Trafford outfit now the form side in the top-flight.

United have won four of their last five matches to climb up to within seven points of leaders Manchester City and four points behind Aston Villa in fifth.

In the Champions League things haven't looked as promising, sitting bottom of the group with two games remaining after three defeats in four.
