Manchester United fans are convinced Erik ten Hag snuck off for a poo at half-time during the Red Devils' Carabao Cup clash with Crystal Palace.
United kicked off their defence of the Carabao Cup with an emphatic 3-0 win over the Eagles. And as they cruised through the game – some fans noticed one moment on social media.
Ten Hag was quick to run down the tunnel just before the half-time break, and he didn't remerge until one minute after the second period kicked off. It lead to some fans joking he'd gone to use the toilet.

"He’s taken a s***, he’s taken a s***!! Erik ten Hag, he’s taken a s***," one fan joked to the tune of the infamous chant. While a second said: "Ten Hag gonna have to fine himself because his toilet break ran over…"

United played a second team for their midweek clash, but it made no difference to the Red Devils as they raced into the lead through Alejandro Garnacho.
Casemiro doubled their lead six minutes later, before Anthony Martial got in on the act in the second half. Ten Hag will now have to prepare his side to face the same opponents at the weekend.
