Ally McCoist brutally shut down Piers Morgan's argument as the TalkTV host went on a furious rant about the latest controversial VAR decision.
Newcastle beat Arsenal at St James' Park thanks to a strike from Anthony Gordon. However, before the goal was awarded there were three separate VAR checks – with all being dismissed due to lack of substantial evidence.

Glasgow Rangers and Scotland legend McCoist replied: "Piers, I'm going to say to you, your verdict on VAR is driving me crazy! However, I think the key words are clear and obvious, now I don't think any of them – and I genuinely believe it – are clear and obvious."

"We support the ongoing efforts of Chief Refereeing Officer, Howard Webb and would welcome working together to achieve the world-class officiating standards our league demands."
