Sky Sports presented Dave Jones was forced to apologise to Tottenham star James Maddison on Monday night following his side’s 2-0 win over Fulham. Technical difficulties threatened to derail the midfielder’s post-match interview, with the playmaker complaining of an issue on his headset.
Whilst chatting with Jones and ex-Liverpool star Jamie Carragher, Maddison turned to a member of the Sky Sports team with him in the tunnel and said: “I can actually hear Marco Silva’s interview in my ear now.”
