Thierry Henry FUMES at his custom EA FC 24 card

Thierry Henry FUMES at his custom EA FC 24 card calling his physical and passing stats ‘a lie’ before THROWING it to the ground…as CBS’ star-studded panel reveal their ratings in the game

  • CBS have taken their hit Champions League show on the road to Miami this week
  • The panel revealed their custom EA FC 24 player ratings to much excitement
  • Why it’s NEVER OK to cheer in the press box (even if England win the World Cup!) – Listen here to It’s All Kicking Off

Despite receiving a rating of 92, Thierry Henry was not happy with his custom EA FC 24 player card.

The former Arsenal and Barcelona striker was joined by Micah Richards, Clint Dempsey, and Jamie Carragher on a star-studded panel for this week’s Champions League action.

The ex-Premier League stars were presented with special player ratings that included six key attributes which contribute to an overall score out of 100.

With respect to the other three panellists, there was only ever going to be one winner and Henry dully received the highest rating of the four at 92 on a newly-released ‘legacy card’

Nevertheless, he vehemently objected to his physical and passing stats which had been marked at 80 and 83 respectively.

Ex-Manchester City and Aston Villa defender Micah Richards received the lowest rating

‘Physical 80? Are you mad.’ He said. ‘Passing they don’t respect me. Passing and physicality, hell no.

‘I’m 90. You can ask them, when I had the ball you couldn’t get it off me. That’s a lie, passing also that’s a lie.’

The current France Under 21 manager then shoved the card off the table to a fervent reaction from the others in the studio.

Meanwhile, despite winning two Premier League with Manchester City, and earning 13 caps for England, Richards received the lowest rating of the four ex-pros at 81.

Dempsey, who – alongside his six-year stay in the English top-flight – starred for the US on the international stage earning 141 caps, was next up with a rating of 85.

Upon revealing his unique ‘hero’ card an incredulous Richards queried how the former Cottager could be rated higher than him.

Unfortunately for the 35-year-old he couldn’t even boast being the highest rated defender as Jamie Carragher showed off his 86 rating which drew rye smiles in the studio.

Richards did at least have the comfort of taking the crown as the strongest of all the panels with his physicality rated at 90.
