Ebanie Bridges has the perfect sparring partner to help her get ready for her next fight.
The IBF bantamweight world champion has not fought since her dominant victory over fellow Australian and fierce rival Shannon O’Connell last December. Bridges, 37, stopped O’Connell in the eighth round of a bout which became a complete and utter slugfest.
The Blonde Bomber had been nursing a hand injury for the best part of a year, but she is now back doing what she does best. To ensure she is on top of her game for when she defends her title against Avril Mathie, Bridges has been sparring with the unbeaten Jasmina Zapotoczna.

Born in Poland but based in Yorkshire, Zapotoczna, 29, is in the early stages of what appears to be a promising boxing career. She has won all five of her fights on points and recently overcame Kira Carter in Oldham.
Zapotoczna is also preparing for a tough bout against Gemma Ruegg on December 8, in Bournemouth. However, similarly to Bridges, she is also amassing a huge band of followers on Instagram.

Bridges is also someone who always enjoys dropping jaws by wearing some of the riskiest outfits in the sport. Her last weigh-in saw her wear a borderline see-through lingerie set which prompted boxing goliath Eddie Hearn to look away in uncomfortable embarrassment.
However, Zapotoczna has a long way to go before she is able to reach the same levels of social media popularity as Bridges. The IBF champion boasts a whopping 809,000 followers on Instagram and the growth is showing no signs of stopping.
Nevertheless, Bridges is a supportive figure in the boxing world who enjoys networking and collaborating with other fighters. The longer Bridges and Zapotoczna spar or upload social media content together, the more their platforms, in boxing and social media, will grow.
