Fans think Evan Ferguson’s driving instructor is ‘top bloke’ after tribute video

Fans were left gushing after Evan Ferguson’s driving instructor made a heart-warming tribute video in honour of the Brighton & Hove Albion sensation.

Ferguson played a starring role in Brighton’s 3-1 win over Newcastle United on Saturday. The striker enjoyed a spectacular outing, scoring a hat-trick while demonstrating his devastating finishing ability.

Thanks to Ferguson’s brilliance and 6ft2in frame, it is easy to forget the Republic of Ireland international is just 18-years-old. And with that means doing ordinary teenage things, such as taking driving lessons, as his driving instructor made clear in a new viral video.

Taking to TikTok, Shakil – founder of Shakil’s School of Motoring – posted a tribute video celebrating his Premier League pupil’s performance on the weekend.

A third added: “He looks like such a nice bloke,” while a fourth wrote: “I know where I’m learning to drive now.” And another commented: “This is what it’s all about..”

It appears Shakil and his driving school, located in Brighton, are no strangers to helping young footballers earn their driving licences.
